Voigtländer Nokton 50mm F1.2 Fuji review - Jay Massie

“The children of the night; what music they make!”

Voigtlander’s latest Fuji offering is an addition to their goth-approved Nokton line. A little larger but notably faster than the Ultrons, the Noktons are delivered with the usual impeccable Voigtlander build quality only this time with an emphasis on providing the crepuscular shooters amongst us with an almost see in the dark ultra wide maximum aperture.

Leica M Summilux 1.4/50mm - Pre ASPH. vs. ASPH. V1 vs. The NEW ASPH. V2 - Lens Comparison - Christian Doffing

The last two Summilux-M 50mm f/1.4 (Pre ASPH. & ASPH.) compared with the NEW 50mm f/1.4 Aspherical Summilux with extended close focusing distance. If I had to choose between the two ASPH versions today, I would definitely go for the new Summilux.

Voigtländer 21mm f/3.5 Color Skopar - Stefan Czurda

21 mm is a very versatile wide angle focal length that I usually really enjoy shooting.

For me, 21 mm are neither too wide, nor creating a too distorted look and can be used as a flexible tool for my land- and cityscape photography.

The Voigtländer 21mm F3.5 Color Skopar, kindly provided by Jo Geier, is the protagonist of this review and was mounted to my Sony Alpha 7C full frame camera for over a month.
