Do you send worldwide?

Yes we do send worldwide with airmail (Post), EMS or other courier services.


Where is my parcel?

You can track your parcel either www.post.at (only in Austria)
or on another website we will provide to you.
If the parcel has reached your country you can track it on your local post website.


Do I get a tracking number?

You will get a tracking number immediately after the parcel has been dispatched.

What if a product is not available? Will I be notified?

If a product shouldn’t be available you will be informed as soon as the product is available again.


Which payment do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, PayPal and cash.


When will I get the paypal invoice or will I be directed to the paypal website?

You will be directed to paypal right after your order.



When will I get paid for my items?

We kindly ask you to ask from time to time if items have been sold.

After the items are sold we can pay you after one month return warranty.



Which items are including VAT and which not? And why?

Most of our items are sold with differential taxation and are marked with 0% VAT (TAX).

We do also sell items with 10% VAT (i.e. Books, etc) and items with 20% VAT (new items, accessories, etc.)
