 Leitz Leica M4 Black Paint Cameras and Lenses - Video -  Jo Geier - Mint & Rare

The Leica M4 was introduced by Leitz in 1967 with serial number 1175001 and was in production until around 1975 until serial number 1443170.

The majority was produced in Wetzlar, Germany, but black anodized cameras, produced in Canada, exist. The total production was around 47.000 units of which just around 4.500 have been made in black paint finish, mostly sold to professional photographers.

A few special versions have been made and I will try to show these in future videos.
